Just received as a Christmas gift. Did initial set up 2x, updated phone and versa2. Troubleshooting for days and still do not get text message notifications. Phone calls are notified as well as all my other apps but text messages will not. I have an iPhone XR and have done everything listed online with no luck?

I’ve been having the same issue for 2+ months with no resolve. The time I’ve spent trying to resolve this issue is unreal. I should have bought an Apple Watch instead. These devices are not cheap so I expect them to function as promised. Very unsatisfied 😡😡😡
