I noticed after this last update that my versa doesn't want to come on sometimes I have to just leave it alone and try later and it will work all of a sudden but what's going on with them??and my battery doesn't last as long as it use to when I first got it.

Well it was ok until I turned it off because it's doing the same thing not wanting to come on so once I get it to come back on I guess I'll just have to leave it on and not shut it down

Hello again @SunsetRunner and @SweetfeetP
If both of you are experiencing issues where your Fitbit Versa is just not turning on at all I would certainly suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways to contact the: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
I’m sure they will be able to help in ways I can’t. Please let them know you have already tried restarting your Versa but it still fails.
