I got a Versa 2 for Christmas and have to keep restarting my phone at least twice a day before the device can be connected to my phone. I have a Huawei p30. All was fine when I connected for the first 2 days, there after not a good experience. My phone is literally 2 meters away from where  I am and the app says notification is disabled phone needs restarting, very frustrating.....

 I'm the same, have had to uninstall the app at least 4 times since Xmas day. The notifications come through for a few hours and then stop. I have a Huawei p20 pro.
