Not receiving call notifications

Hi. Please help. I only got a Versa yesterday and have set it up but I cannot get call notifications. Texts etc is fine. All my notifications are on I believe but I am struggling to find what I have not turned on or ticked. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Congratulations on your new Versa! Thank you for letting me know that you're able to receive text notifications. Usually a missing requirement is the cause of not receiving the call notifications and I recommend double checking the steps to setup notifications: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi. I have followed the instructions but I now get a "Missed Call" Notification but no notification a call is happening?? Please help.ThanksSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I have been having this same issue, not receiving call or text notifications on my Versa.  I spoke to support and was told that it was a glitch in the software between Fitbit and iOS.  Has this been corrected yet?  I would like to use my Versa to it's full potential.

Hello. 

After initially sorting the issue I keep getting drop out of notifications. My versa and phone are never more than 12 feet away from each other. I have to keep resetting the versa for it to restart and within 6hrs problem is back. Can you please help to sort this longer term.

Again my. Eras is not receiving notifications. I have been through the troubleshooting steps, but they are not working
