Hi Ammus,

I was having this issue for weeks. None of my notifications were coming through on my versa. I read so many messages of people having the exact same issue and I did all of the troubleshooting that was suggested, at first to no avail. But what seems to have fixed this issue is a combination of things. First ensure that your Bluetooth is connected to Versa and not Versa classic this was one error I had made. Completely remove Versa classic from your Bluetooth list. I believe this is only to be used with audio headphones or speakers. Of which I am not currently using so I took it off my Bluetooth list. Then make sure you clear all of your notifications on your Versa watch. I found this extremely helpful and something I need to do every few days. I don't know if this is a glitch or typical of Versa but it seems to solve the problem of not getting my notifications. It is almost as if the watch saves too many notifications and none of the new ones can come through, but as soon as I cleared them or delete even some of them, my new notification start to come through. Thirdly go to your Versa app, make sure you give your a second to sync with yours watch. You should see a little green signal dot appear when the phone is connected to your app. It will be In the upper right corner next to your versa. Then click on your Versa in the upper right corner, go to Notifications and in the upper right corner where there are three dots a little menu you should drop down that says "send a test call notification". do this and see if a test call from your phone comes through on your versa. If so, then your notifications should be working. I Apologize if this is a little unclear I'm hoping you're familiar enough with the app to know what I'm talking about.

Goid luck.

Hi Ammus,

Have you tried shutting down the app, restarting your phone and also restarting your watch? And then turning the app back on on your phone?  That was something else I've seen online that I tried and I think it helped also.

thanks,

L.

That's great news. Just curious, what was the fix? Did my tips help? Every few days I have to clear my notifications on my watch and that seems to keep things working.
