Not receiving notifications/ lost watch face

A few days ago my versa suddenly lost the watch face saying there was an error. I installed a new face but since then I'm not receiving any notifications. I've tried turning off/ uninstalling everything and followed all the troubleshooting tips but nothing works.

Hi, if you're still using a Third Party Clock Face, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your phone and your Versa. Hope this helps.
