Not receiving notifications on Versa after update

I got the Versa update yesterday morning and since then I have not been getting text or call notifications. For my job I work in healthcare and need to have notifications on so I can respond in emergencies as my phone is unavailable.

I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps (versa and iPhone) and it did not help. Both devices are up to date. Restarted both devices too.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? Did you experience this issue in the past or is the first time? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
