Not receiving notifications on iPhone

I have tried to follow all the instructions to receive tex calls on my new versa lite but have been unsuccessful, any tips please. .

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I’ve had this issue from day one 2 years ago now. Have called about it and was told it wouldn’t connect with my phone type. iPhone 8 Plus. I now have a new iPhone 12 and still am not able to receive them. Just called support and they said actually it is a bug for iPhones . Seriously?!! They haven’t fixed this bug for 2 years!  I would not suggest to anyone to buy the fit bit watch!
