Not receiving notifications

I have the Versa 2 but my phone is not compatible with the app. I downloaded it on my mom's phone, but am now worried i am going to get notifications from my mom's contacts. Is there an option on Fitbit where you see the notifications and the settings. I tried what the manual and fitbit help said, but i couldnt find it.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As it turns out, the notifications feature works with the mobile device the Versa 2 is currently paired, therefore, you will receive your mom's notifications. Even though your mobile device is not compatible, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
