I’ve had my Versa for a few years now. First year or so went well with no issues but for the last 2 years now I cannot receive any text message notifications. I receive every other notification from my phone, except text. I’ve done everything you can think of, all settings are correct on both the watch AND the phone. I’ve tried contacting Fitbit a long time ago but received no response. I think we are owed some new Fitbit’s at this time because this has been going on far too long and I’m ready to throw it out and get something else. It’s very helpful getting text notifications but if this versa won’t do it then what’s the point? It claims to have text notifications but I’m not getting any. Please help Fitbit, by this time you should be sending out brand new ones that work properly.

I'm sorry you having an issue with your Versa. I know you said you have tried everything, but if you are willing I'd like to try to troubleshoot with you. I've gone thru patches where I have lost my ability to receive text messages again and again, and then by what seems like magic it will be ok for long stretches. Let's start by go going to the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device and disconnecting. Please make sure your mobile is 100% disconnected and your Versa is no longer recognized. Next restart your Versa (if you need instructions, you can find them HERE). Once your Versa has restarted, then reconnect via Bluethooth to your mobile (for iOS, you can do this via the Fitbit ap, not sure about other devices). If this doesn't do the trick for you, you can contact customer support from the link above.

I tried that with no luck at all. I even did it again today just to entertain the idea once more. Still no text notifications.
