I am not receiving text messages, calls, etc on my Versa 2 watch. I have restarted the watch, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, verify the settings in the Fitbit app and watch. I am receiving the test call but only after I submit my pin. What do I need to do in order to receive text messages?

Before considering other options, please check all the necessary requirements in this article for Android devices and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and check if the phone you're using is listed here as a compatible device.
