Not receiving text notifications on Versa 2

Hi I have a new vs 2 Fitbit , I get emails and what’s app but not text message . I have an iPhone 8 can anyone help ?

Still not working and I have tried to restart . I get emails and what’s app

Hi

well I have tried everything to get my vs 2 to show text msg from my iPhone 8 and it’s not working . I get what’s app and emails and call notifications ???? Is my fit bit faulty I have even set it back to factory settings and restarted it 

can anyone help so disappointed maybe I should have got an Apple Watch

Hi

I have still not heard from anyone and I still don’t get notifications even
the other notifications are hit and miss . I think my vs 2 is faulty can I
exchange after all it’s a very expensive item and I shouldn’t be having all
this trouble

Still no one has contacted me and it’s been a week now . Having spent nearly £200 I should not be having so much trouble and disappointment. Even other notifications are not coming thro now ! Please can I exchanged for another as I believe the one I have is faulty. I have friends who recommend this product who have so much joy with there’s and do so

much more than me and they have not had to remove apps

Oh well , after poor service I have decided to claim a refund not sure if I will get another fit bit . Such a shame as it is a nice watch but nobody could fix the problem it was just not receiving text messages
