Not receiving text notifications on Versa

Since I get my Fitbit up I haven't been able to receive texts. My bf has an older version and he can receive notifications. Wonder what I am doing  wrong?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.

 

Also make sure your watch is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode and is syncing with the Fitbit App.
