Since my phone updated I have stopped receiving notifications to my versa 2. My emails and app notifications finally started working today but still not receiving anything for texts. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips on the website so please don't give me that answer. I have an galaxy s10+, the website says it's compatible with my device so that's not an issue either.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Just as @Rich_Laue mentioned in his post, we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on Android 10, the thread under discussion is: Notification issues after updating to Android 10.
However, just in case you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
