I purchased my Fitbit versa lite Nov 2019. It synced to my Motorola Z2 play but only for heart beat & steps. So I reset it back to factory in December 2019. Now it won't sync at all. Any suggestions?

If you did a factory reset, you removed the tracker from your account and it needs to be setup as if it is a new device.

Thanks for your post. Just as @Rich_Laue mentioned in his post, if a factory reset was completed you'll need to setup again your device. That said, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Versa Lite. Then, if you're having difficulties with such process you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
