I’m having intermittent issues - time fallling behind, Bluetooth can’t find versa light, lots of buzzing and vibrating but no obvious alerts. It’s starting to drive me nuts. Have tried all the recommended resets but no luck yet. HELP!

First, I appreciate your patience with this situation, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for both of you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile devices that can be preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
After trying the above, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Make sure that your mobile devices are compatible with our products and services.
