iPhone 8+ , I’m getting notifications for calls and apps but not text messages? I have tried all possible troubleshooting options I could find. With no luck. I get notifications for calls, fb, Instagram , etc but no text messages. What am i missing? I’m getting frustrated. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I also called tech support and basically I’m SOL and they said I have to wait till the app gets updated.
