Not sending text messages

Hello,

I just received a Versa Lite but it has not been sending Quick replies.

It shows reply and I can click on it, but when I try to send a quick reply it will say "message on it's way" after sending, it does not show up as sent on my Android phone and the other person does not get the text. 

It's almost like my Versa Lite isn't talking to my phone at all except to receive the notification.

I'll assume that the notification tips have been looked at?

Thank you,  I got it to work.  It was something in my settings.
