I am using versa for the past 2 months. I have noticed that it does not show sleep at all many a times. Even if i sleep like 7 hrs, it shows no sleep pattern.
i am a diabetic with bp issues so exercise depending on sleep & with no sleep shown , i am at loss.
My versa is charged & worn properly. Never faced this problem with surge.

@Pushpanjalikhar Try rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit logo flashes. Make sure your Versa's band is not too loose. On the nights, it doesn't register sleep, does it measure HR without interruptions?

@Pushpanjalikhar Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the situation and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not tracking your sleep properly.
I'd like to follow up and would like to know if you tried the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @Marrrmaduke since those steps are great in order to correct this type of issues.
Looking forward to your response! ![]()
