Versa will not charge

Place the Versa in the charging port, plug it in and nothing happens even after an hour. Is it the device or the charger? It's not even 2 months old.

Hi @Mclifford. You’ve had the Versa for two months so I won;t bother asking if you have it in the charger correctly. But it might be a good idea to restart the Versa ... wait a bit ... then try plugging it in again. Instructions are here. Please let us know if that helps.
