My versa had stopped syncing altogether and the time wouldn't keep track, it wouldn't even show up on my bluetooth. I did everything the forum said to and it still didnt work so I called in and they told my my versa had "stopped thinking" so I sent it in and got a refurbished one for free. Yay! Cool! No problem!.... not even a day later the refurbished one is no longer syncing..

I am having the same problem but I haven't sent mine in yet.

I've had my Versa since mid-May and I bought it at Target. I've used it daily since then and only in the last week did I notice that my clock face isn't keeping accurate time.

I've synced the Versa with my phone and my computer and sometimes it fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. Usually if it does fix it, within a few hours it's back to being several minutes off. I synced it only a half hour ago or so and currently computer time is 5:44PM but my Versa says it is 5:41. It will get progressively worse unless I can successfully sync it. I shouldn't have to open my app and sync the tracker several times a day - it used to do all this on its own just fine.

Several times I have tried to sync the device and it says that my phone can't find my tracker or when I am trying to do it with the computer, it wants me to plug in the dongle. There isn't one with the Versa.

Last night I was up until 4:30 AM trying to fix it using the troubleshooting guides on the internet. I discovered that my phone wanted an update so I thought maybe that was the problem but it is still happening today. I've even done factory reset and started it from scratch. No luck and I am extremely disappointed.

I tried all the online help tasks and none of them worked. I even updated
my phone and the Fitbit app before I called customer service.

This time when I called they couldn't figure out why it wasn't syncing to
my s7 phone. I would get and error as soon as the app found the versa and
it would ask me to restart my bluetooth. While on the phone with them they
had me sync my versa to my boyfriends phone via my Fitbit account and then
login on my phone and sync the Fitbit back to my phone and it's been
working ever since. I'm still slightly sketched out about it continuing to
work tho because it did not even last a day from the initial sync of the
refurbished one the sent. Old habits die hard. I would recommend calling
them. They're kind of helpful it just is an annoying process.

I was trying to sync it to my galaxy s8 via bluetooth and through the set
up device on Fitbit app and it was not working. I contacted customer
service and had to go the long way about things.

Customer service told me to restart my versa back to factory settings and
to reset my bluetooth. I had an issue setting it up on my phone but it set
up on my boyfriends phone no problem and I was able to just connect it to
bluetooth after I logged into my account on my phone. I would try factory
resetting your Fitbit and then reboot your devices and see if they helps?
That's pretty much what they had me do. The versa they had me send in I
couldn't even reboot it was so out of whack.
