Since the app update a month ago I have been having so many issues with syncing. Each time I switch between my data and my sons I need to add my device again. Also now I have 2 days that have recorded on the versa but will not update on the app. I have deleted app, reinstalled several times. Restarted device. Connected to WiFi etc etc this is driving me mad!! This is my 3rd device and will be my last. So many issue with these new updated devices as they are obv trying to complete with the likes of Apple.

Hi @Weeclaires - there are syncing problems with the new app and Fitbit don't allow you to go back to previous working version despite the many requests, see posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the iOS or Android app forums where you will see more fully the issues.
Did you also try restarting both watch and phone to get a sync working.
