Not syncing, what else can I do?

Okay the syncing was getting wonky before the 10/1 update, but this is ridiculous. Last night, more than 48 hours since my last sync, I worked for hours trying to fix the problem by following every suggestion I could find anywhere. I have turned my blue tooth on and off more times than I can count, reset my internet, used a dongle, unpaired and paired my versa multiple times,  uninstalled and installed the fitbit app on my computer 3 times, restated my computer multiple times, turned off bluetooth on any other devices, and reset my versa to factory settings. 

Now that I have reinstalled the app it tells me I need to install an update, but that won't go through either. I'm beginning to think maybe I need to move on. If I can't get this fixed, my next step is another brand, not a new fitbit. I'd like some help please.

I am having the same issues - my sleep is not registering, my hourly steps are not showing, and I am frustrated as I have tried all of the recommended fixes.  I love my Fitbit - but I can't get answers and I hate to go back to my Apple watch (which I hate - but it works).

I, too, am unable to sync or pair since 10/1.

I guess no one from the company is going to come up with an answer. They must be more concerned with the newer versions.  😞

I reinstalled Fitbit app and I am now sync'd.

Finally! Thanks for giving me hope to try again. 4th time reinstalling the
app worked Hope it sticks!!!!
