Best AnswerI am having a similar issue. I've reset the watch to factory settings even and after working for one day it stopped again. At most I have been able to get it to sync once per day for the last week. The versa is less than six months old. I don't understand. I've deleted and reinstalled the fit bit software. Restarteed everything I can think of. It was working so well and now hardly at all.
It's syncing, but I have to power cyxcy the watch every day or two. Haven't tried any changes to default settings yet since resetting it as I just want to see if it will stay working.
