Not syncing

My Vera is not syncing, I have tried restarting Fitbit, my phone, my Bluetooth, my internet ... nothing is working. I disconnected my versa from my phone and now I can’t get it to reconnect. It was working fine then yesterday and then I went swimming and it hasn’t synced since although it’s tracking everything fine on my versa itself.

I am having a similar issue. I've reset the watch to factory settings even and after working for one day it stopped again. At most I have been able to get it to sync once per day for the last week. The versa is less than six months old. I don't understand. I've deleted and reinstalled the fit bit software. Restarteed everything I can think of. It was working so well and now hardly at all.

It's syncing, but I have to power cyxcy the watch every day or two. Haven't tried any changes to default settings yet since resetting it as I just want to see if it will stay working.
