My active minutes has been zero since June 28th. My average steps in the past 2 months is 15k. At least 1-1 1/2 hrs day is walking or riding a bike. Active minutes should be picking up..?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Amrad9. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern with the active minutes. Thank you for providing the additional details. Your Fitbit device recognizes and awards active minutes when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk to a cardio workout or run. You can find more information in this help article: What are active minutes? I would like to confirm if you manually log your exercise?

I recommend restarting your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes!
