How can I get my Fitbit to track my sleep from PM to AM - right now it only tracks AM hours?

I did restart my Fitbit.  But I think the problem is that I am a restless sleeper and probably don't lie still for an hour right when I go to bed so the Fitbit may not think I'm sleeping until the AM hours.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @jlg1945. Sorry for the delayed response.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your sleep from PM to AM. When you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device assumes that you’re asleep and starts recording your sleep, this is the expected behavior. If you are going to bed before midnight but this time hasn't been registered, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.

In addition, I would recommend visiting this article for more information about how your sleep stages are recorded.

Thanks for your response @jlg1945.

This might be a factor that could affect your sleep records. I would recommend making sure your sleep settings are under Normal. You can find this option if you go online at fitbit.com > Settings > Devices > Sleep tracking. If it is Normal please change it to Sensitive and then go back to Normal.
