Last night the view on my Fitbit versa screen showed 4 different coloured squares and now the dog isn't working at all I've tried turning it off and back on again

Sorry @Becky092806 but I'm not sure what"dog" your referring to. Is this your clock face? If so have you tried changing the clock face?
