text notification disappearing after 1 second

Did anyone end up figuring out the issue with the disappearing text notification . I understand that after you open it it will disappear and I am fine with that but I get a very quick notification on the screen and it disappears in less than a second and then it says up to date nothing new and there’s no way for me to read that message I have restarted my versa and I have shut off my phone forget device and restarted everything up again it worked the first time and then after I received another text it’s going back to disappearing less than a second after it hits my Fitbit

Mine stays on longer than a second, since I have timeout set to 15 seconds.

Have you checked and changed your screens time out setting? The setting may have gotten corrupted.

I have done everything. I’m returning it today. I ordered the Apple Watch
instead
