My versa was tracking my sleep stages with no issue, and now I am just getting simplified sleep details. None of the tips listed apply so I don't know why it is not registering the stages now. Please tell me that I don't have to buy the "premium service" to get the sleep stages?!!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're getting simplified sleep details instead of the sleep stages. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. You don't have to purchase a Fitbit Premium subscription in order to see the sleep stages. I recommend restarting your device and confirming the complete troubleshooting steps in our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today?

I am having the same issue. I've had my Versa for a year and it has been tracking my sleep stages with no problems until about a week ago. I did all the trouble shooting mentioned. I was hoping maybe the update would help, but it didn't either. I have an Android device. I cleaned the device gently as recommended too. It is very frustrating because sleep tracking is one of the reasons I purchased this device.
