I've chatted with fitbit support but they didn't help. I haven't worn my Versa for a month but charged it ladt night and wore it to bed. It didn't track any sleep at all, no idea why. Have tried testing phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app on my android, plus other things support suggested.
Anyone have this issue? Haven't encountered it before, was working perfectly well before.

Maybe you could try restarting the Fitbit from the app? Or, is your switch on sync all day? It might be syncing problems
