I’ve tried everything suggested on here and on google. Bluetooth on & off, reboot, setting up as a new device, setting battery optimisation on the phone... all to no avail. The phone and the Versa 2 will no longer connect to each other. This only happened recently, it worked well for the first 2 weeks. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
Versa 2 & Huawei P20 pro.

Hi @IMH62, have you tried unpairing and then paring the V2 again with your phone?
Also, just a thought that I've been experiencing lately: have you tried logging out of your app and then back in? Mine won't sync unless I do this once a day.

I would not remove the tracker from your account, but have to unpaired the tracker from your phone? This is done through the phones Bluetooth.
Also lets go into the phone settings, apps, fitbbit, stop program.
While there go into storage and clear cache.
Now from the list of current running apps, swipe fitbit off of the a screen.
