I have completed the following steps to fix my Versa FitBit:
1. I've pressed the buttons (left & bottom right) to reset my Fitbit.
2. I have gone into apps and shutdown my Fitbit and turned it back on.
3. I disconnected my device, completed a full factory reset, & reconnected
...but my step stats and heartrate still are not working!

It might help if you could give more information about your problem.
" my step stats AND heartrate still are not working!"
I could imagine several different situations which one might describe as "Not working".

My app and my watch are not recording my heart rate or my steps.
I ran two miles (calculated per Google Maps) this morning. At the end of my run I looked at my watch and my app and BOTH were still at zero.

Are your total daily steps at zero, or is it the workout summary?

My daily total. My daily total stats (stairs, steps, active minutes, & miles) and my heart rate have all been at zero for the past 3 days.
