I have had my Versa since Sunday and no problems with this one until today. It is not tracking my steps. I charged it and restarted it. Highly disappointed in the number of challenges with the Versa in less than a week of purchase.

Hi, if you want to solve the problem, you will need to restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!! Are you using the original Fitbit clock Face?

It was solved but now it's not working again. I don't believe I should have to go through this with a $200 device. What's the point? Super frustrated, because as much as I want to like this watch it is poorly made.
