It didn't work so i factory reset the watch and it synced this morning lost 6 day of data so hope it stays working
Best AnswerThis did not work. And when I go into the Bluetooth settings on my phone, it does not see my Versa. Now when I try to sync, it says "looking" but can't find the Versa.
Best Answer@PattiBuss The trick is to not pair from bluetooth settings but letting the fitbit mobile app do the pairing. What's your phone model and OS? Also, which Versa firmware version are you running?
