@Madi56 Was it after the recent firmware update? Is your Versa still syncing? What's the battery level? You can check all this info in your Fitbit mobile app. Have you tried rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?
Well after work my screen went pitch black I tyed to hold down the left button and the middle button and the right button nothing happened
