PHONE WILL NOT UPDATE  AND THE LAST TIME IT SYNKED WAS 12/14

@Bigronny phone model and OS? Also, Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version? For now try this:

 

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions and sync

It didn't work  so i factory reset the watch  and it synced this morning  lost 6 day of data so hope it stays working

This did not work. And when I go into the Bluetooth settings on my phone, it does not see my Versa. Now when I try to sync, it says "looking" but can't find the Versa.

@PattiBuss The trick is to not pair from bluetooth settings but letting the fitbit mobile app do the pairing. What's your phone model and OS? Also, which Versa firmware version are you running?
