My Versa is receiving text, but it is not vibrating. I have it selected through the app to vibrate and vibrate even when on silent.

I have had my Versa since Feb. No problems until today. My text messages are not coming through to the Versa. I have rebooted both the phone (IPhone) and the watch. All notifications are on, bluetooth is on, do not disturb is off. I followed every help I have been able to find and nothing. It says it synced 3 min ago. I'm pretty frustrated.
