So my Fitbit Versa has a swim app so I did use it when I was in the pool. A while back I dropped my Fitbit and there was a part that kinda of made a place on the bottom of screen, but still worked perfectly fine. A few weeks ago I thought I’d try it in the pool again, and everything seemed perfectly fine til yesterday when I was looking at it the color of the background would be really bright and then fade to really light and that night it just stopped working. The screen went black wouldn’t turn on. We looked up a few things like push all the buttons and see if it had a charge and it did say 0%, so we charged it but usually when you first start charging it will say charging which it did not. We let it sit on the charger for a while did not do a thing! So now I am not sure what else to do.
