Note 10, unable to pair with versa 2

Since yesterday, my note 10+ has been unable to detect my versa 2. I've rebooted my phone, I've rebooted my versa 2. I've removed my versa 2 from my Fitbit app, note 10+ still can't pair. It sees the versa 2, tries to pair but cannot so I cannot use my app nor get my texts anymore. 

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
