I've just received my shiny new versa 2 and was so excited to start learning all about it today but that soon stopped!
I know how to add the device to my account, but
I hit set up a device
Then the Versa 2
Then the set up, accepted the t&c and popped my versa on charge as per the instructions
All I get after that is Try Again?
Also my Fitbit has a big red cross on it and says Data not cleared Sync & try again
I cannot get my device added to my account, any ideas please??
