Setting up Versa - help please

Ok I'm trying to set up my wifes new Versa and it's not coming up for selection when I go to add it

 

I click on the fitbit icon on the top tool bar, log in with my wifes e-mail and password, then I go to setup new device - but when I click this, it brings up Charge 2, Blaze, Aria....etc... but not Versa - it is not on the list there for me to select.

 

I've also gone to fitbit.com and logged in there, but cannot see anywhere where you can add a new device

 

Am I doing something wrong?

 

I'd like to set up the new Versa before deactivating her old Charge 2 HR

 

if anyone can help that would be much appreciated thanks

Try uninstalling the App and then reinstall.
