@Colleen123456 there are no quick replies on iPhone due to ios notification centre limitations. Unfortunately, until Apple cooperates here it will be tough to implement. Fitbit is looking into possible solutions to bypass this issue. Do you have any other problems with notifications?

Nothing at all is coming through. No email or text. I’ve looked at posts about notifications and changed some settings as suggested and still nothing

@Colleen123456 please make sure notifications are turned on your versa. Press and hold the left button and set notifications to on. If everything is on and you're not getting notifications, please forget Versa from your phone Bluetooth settings, uninstall fitbit app, and reboot iPhone and versa. Install fitbit app again, open it and grant all permissions. Turn on the notifications in the app and sync.

The wrong two buttons! You need to press and hold the bottom right and the left buttons until the fitbit logo appears (around 10 seconds)
