Nothing works

As of yesterday my Fitbit loses time, will not connect to bluetooth or Wifi. Is this due to the latest update? I understand other people have had similar problems. Does anyone have any solutions?

Hi @Footie15 to connect to wifi, simply plug the tracker in so that it is charging. This is the only time wifi gets turned on, but wifi is never used during a sync.

 

What do you mean by the tracker will not connect to bluetooth? What error message do you see?

Please also include your phone model when asking for help with the phone.

Thanks for replying. Am using Samsung a71 not had a problem with it before.  Watch does not connect to bluetooth at all and doesn't connect to Wifi when charging. Have tried everything mentioned on this forum. Any future help would be grateful.

Having exactly the same issue with an iPhone 8, started last week when the app was updated!
