Notification and Bluetooth issues

Still having trouble with getting notifications, message still the to say a phone restart is required, now I'm getting a Bluetooth issue notification, see attached

I'm using a new Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro phone

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, factory reset watch and started again, same result

Any solutions out there??

Have you tried a phone restart, sorry I see nothing in the post that a restart was tired. 

Have you tried disabling notifications and re-enabling.

After going to the notification settings, tap the three dots in upper right.

I'm not sure if it is because the phone still has issues that need to be worked through.

Have tried phone restart and 3 dots really only turns notifications off and
a ring phone test

Did the ring phone test work? 

I've noticed if I disable notification services, then re-enable that app asks me to accept access permissions and often then my notifications started working.
