Notification issue Versa 2

I have Android Galaxy 9s+.  when I get notifications such as text messages all that displays is a message saying new.  I cannot view it on the Versa 2.  My wife has same watch and phone and hers works just fine please help.

Have you tried resetting your notification settings on your app and have you double checked your permissions settings as well?

yes I have tried both

This happens in all the android phones. just search the number of issues with "Notifications". You will see the number of users reported for the same.
