Notification service not running.

I am using OnePlus 6t, connected versa2 but not receiving notifications. I tried all the solutions which are given. Sometimes it works fine but soon I will see not receiving any notifications.  I don't know why it will try to sync multiple times even though I put my phone near the versa2 device. Please help me.

Try

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

3) Restart your OnePlus device

I did first step, which is disabling the battery optimization for the Fitbit app.

Not sure how to lock the Fitbit app in multitasking switcher. 

Please help me I am using onePlues6t.

After doing suggested settings looks like working fine.
