I have a Xiaomi note 4x and a versa. But versa is not getting notifications from my xiaomi note 4x. Is there any way to make it possible?

I have bought the versa on September.

Hi @Mainul1840  Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List  so that is probably why it is not working. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on notification problems
