My Fitbit versa not get calls and sms after 20 minute when I connect it with my One plus 5 phone and  If I go to notification then I will get this on screen...... notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re enable notification on your tracker.... From where I can fix that problem plz help..... thanks

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
