Versa won't link with Strava

I’ve been trying since I bought my versa 2 Strava just won’t link even though app on phone says connected.

@Vandriver, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa's account since it won't link with Strava.

 

Please go to the "Applications" section of your online Dashboard and revoke access. After this, try to connect your Strava account with Fitbit again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, I'm having the same issue.

Disconnected and reconnected from both the Strava and Fitbit apps, revoked access, synced. Both apps say they are connected, but when I try to open the Strava app from the Versa homescreen I still get the "Link Account" message.

I'm having the same issues as well. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and revoked access, and still my FitBit V2 says that I need to connect via Strava settings

Same thing happening here, can't get this to work no matter what I do. disconnected and reconnected from both strava and fitbit. i've unlinked the versa 2 from my phone multiple times. fresh setup. can't get "link account" message to go away, even when the fitbit apps section for the versa 2 says it's linked to strava. This is super frustrating , and seems to be far too common an issue...
